From our kitchens in Leigh on Sea, near
Southend on sea, Essex, we produce
our exciting range of high quality produce all
handmade by chefs and not machines.
Our range of very popular Award winning pies &
gourmet meal have been developed over many
years and been proven to be a great success
both in the trade and at selected butchers,
Farm shops & deli’s.
We select our ingredients from local farms and
suppliers, this helps us produce consistent
quality. Our awards to date include winner of
the chicken class at the 2013 British Pie Awards
for our Chicken and Chestnut Pie and various
Great Taste Gold Stars. For full details please

In 2013 we acquired ‘Franc’ our 1968 Citroen
HY Van, He is a fully kitted out street food van
We will be attending various festival and events
serving our pies and he is also
ready to entertain and happy to serve at any
event, festival or private party.

A Rich Creamy Chicken Pie with Smoked Sausage, Butter Beans, Autumnal Vegetables & Pearl Barley
Our local butcher hand dices our beef
We use free range ’Sutton Hoo’ chickens
In oil, we first fry off crushed coriander seed, then add hand diced pork
Smoked haddock (natural), Cod, Coley, Prawns and Scottish Salmon
We use a delightful mix of diced fresh vegetables, lentils & haricot beans
Topped with own very own short crust pastry
