Our local butcher hand dices our beef; to this we add kidney, oil, sliced mushrooms,plain wheat flour, proper onions, (peeled and diced by us!) a small amountof red wine, thyme, salt and pepper and of course water.

Topped with Mash Potato & Cheddar Cheese.

Trawlerman’s Fish Pie

Smoked haddock (natural), Cod, Coley, Prawns and Scottish Salmon gently poached with onion, bayleaf, thyme and peppercorns.

Topped with Puff Pastry.

Chicken and Chestnut Pie

We use free range ’Label Anglais’ chickens which are first poached then picked by hand. We use the cooking stock mixed with French chestnut Puree, butter, wheat flour,sherry, salt and pepper.
